Harvesting your Best

November 23, 2019

This is the end of Harvest Season and when I think of the harvest, I think of a farmer planting seeds; he works the soil and although it is very hard labor the seeds grow yielding a great harvest. This is not much different when I think of harvesting in life. Harvesting also means to win by achievement and to have a productive result but, like farming it’s always after there has been some labor or sowing involved.

As we near the end of another year, take some time to look at what you have accomplished and ask yourself, have you have achieved all that you have planned for this year. Harvest is usually a time that you reap what you have sown. So, what have you sown this year that you are now reaping the benefits of? Maybe your harvest is very big because you put in the labor or perhaps you have not sown or worked very much at all so you have little or no harvest. Remember your actions determine your outcomes.

Whatever your situation may be, use this time to reflect on your actions or the lack thereof and consider making changes after all there is still a few weeks left in 2019.

What have you sown, labored or worked really hard on this year that you are harvesting the benefits in this season? Share your answer below in the comments.

If you find that you do not have much of a harvest and you want to change your outcome, you will need to take some action.
